I started this business after graduating from engineering school, with a love for cars, but not being able to design or work on them as much as I had hoped. Detailing was a natural next step for me, and I have enjoyed every moment of it.

At Detail Oriented, we believe in working closely with our customers to make sure that each service we provide is tailored to their individual needs. We understand that every customer is unique, and we take pride in our ability to customize packages to fit both the customer's needs and their budget.

We believe that customer service is the most important aspect of our business. While detailing is only one-third of the process, ensuring customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We take great care to set proper customer expectations, followed by several review steps at the end of each cleaning process to ensure our work meets and exceeds our customers' expectations.

We take pride in our attention to detail and our ability to recommend the best services and products to our customers. We understand that the most important aspect of car detailing is not only knowing which products to use in each scenario, but also understanding and communicating which services are best for you, the customer.

Although we have a small team, we ensure that all our services are thoroughly tested before reaching the consumer market. With several years of experience with customer vehicles and our own, we are confident that the services and products we provide are of the highest quality.
